Example with OCG links

Created attachment 43786 [details] Example with OCG links The hyperref package for LaTeX has the option to mark hyperlinks as Optional Contents Groups (OCG) with /PrintState/OFF and /ViewState/ON. This enables having the links within a document in color on the screen, and black in print. The documents generated with this feature print fine with Adobe Reader, but with evince/poppler the links still print in color. I have attached a simple pdf which illustrates this point.
