I can confirm the reported effect with "LibreOffice 3.4Beta3 – WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) German UI [DEV300m103 (Build:3)]", but I know too few about auto format to decide whether it's a bug and what the reasons might be. But the result is unexpected, or course. [This is an automated message.] This bug was filed before the changes to Bugzilla on 2011-10-16. Thus it started right out as NEW without ever being explicitly confirmed. The bug is changed to state NEEDINFO for this reason. To move this bug from NEEDINFO back to NEW please check if the bug still persists with the 3.5.0 beta1 or beta2 prereleases. Details on how to test the 3.5.0 beta1 can be found at: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugHunting_Session_3.5.0.-1 more detail on this bulk operation: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/RFC-Operation-Spamzilla-tp3607474p3607474.html Tested with LOdev 3.5.0: now crashes LO and the Windows error reporting shows up. No further information is visible. <http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport_Details#Version> Thank you for 3.5 Review! I have tested it and I could reproduce it with LO 4.1.4.2 (Win8). The date category of the cells was changed to numbers, so that they lost the dates. This was done without a crash of LO. |
