Bug detailed description:

On gnome-desktop with compiz enabled, the 2D performance will drop about 50%
on Capella.It's kernel regression.The commit 467cff is good commit. Performance for x11perf:  
x11perf -aa10text:   703k    324k
x11perf -rgb10text:  647k    273k

Reproduce steps:
--------------------------------------
1. gnome-session(with compiz)
2. x11perf -aa10text

Same performance regression due to the same correctness patch and lack of relative relocations.
