Applications don't have API to turn one lib logger's debugging (_tpl_debug_ functions are not exported).

It would be nice to have an equivalent of tp_debug_set_flags (const gchar *flags_string);

Why not using this ?
  g_setenv ("TPL_DEBUG", flags, 1)
