testfile

I´ve tested it with Win 7 64 Bit and OpenSuSE 11.4 64 Bit.
On 3.3.x all is ok
maybe the same bug as 37226.

The same with WIN XP SP 3
Comment 2 André Schnabel 2011-05-18 11:21:46 UTC
seems like a import filter problem to me. so one for bubli?

LibO 3.4 crashes immediately on open. But if the file is saved as .ods (using LibO 3.3) there will be no crash anymore.

Unfortunately - if you save the non-crashing .ods again as .xls .. we will have the crash again.

patch fixin' the bug (somehow)

This seems to be one of many crashers caused by deprecated container removal effort.

The above patch fixes it. I couldn't see the complete doc, since it references bunch of external data (on smb shares or somesuch) I don't have access to, but hey, it doesn't crash on import anymore.

... and really fixed (for 3.4.1 and cherry-picked to 3.4.0)

Pls test.
