Bug detailed description:

when do "testdisplay -a 10 -s 10", it can't show all listed mode.Exactly some modes Below 1024x768@60 can't be displayed and screen is black.At the same time "testdisplay -a 10 -s 10" done,the screen can't be lighted.

Reproduce steps:

1. DVI port
2. testdisplay -a 10 -s 10

An intel_reg_dumper after running testdisplay would be useful in conjunction with a drm.debug=0xe dmesg.

Hello, this time I do testdisplay in the same machine and same DVI port on kernel commit as follow:

Oops, this bug here is old. Ping for a retest on latest dinq. If the hw disappeared meanwhile I think we just have to close this.
