Currently, when connecting to a paused guest, the client doesn't know why it is frozen: the display is ready and show a normal desktop, with a moving mouse for example. But in reality, no interaction can happen.

Would be nice to query the guest status, and get informed when it changes.

nowadays, guest wakes up on input, so closing my own bug
