Desription of 32 bit color depth SPICE packet trace

I find that scrolling using the mouse wheel works very well from my 32 bit Windows XP client (0.8.1 with spice-protocol 0.8.1). However, almost but not quite all of the same mouse scroll events are lost from my 32 bit Debian Squeeze client (0.8.1 with spice-protocol 0.8.1). Scrolling almost never works other than the occasional single blip.

The host in all cases is Fedora 15 64 bit using rpms from the fedora repositories. The guest is always Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 64 bits using the qxl driver, virtio serial, and vdagent.

I will attach two packet traces and accompanying notes which catch this problem live.
