=== improve linkoo ===

'''Background:''' We have a script solenv/bin/linkoo that is used to create a set of symlinks between your build tree and your install, such that when you re-compile you don't have to re-install to test the result. This is very useful, but it does not cover all libraries. Since the URE/ was split to a different location ''install''/ure/bin and ''install''/ure/lib - we are no longer linking these. It would be great to fix the linkoo script to do that. '''But''' - there is a gotcha, this needs testing. Some libraries use the linker to detect their exact location, and then assume things about the location of other files based on that path. Thus linking these libraries will break the install. Extra bonus points for isolating these, and slaving them to an environment variable we can set in ooenv.

'''Skills:''' building, perl, test

This seems to have been completed :-)
