Description Tony McCourin 2011-08-01 17:05:55 UTC
The avatar size restriction is in place but it is not enforced. This results in Gabble accounts disconnecting shortly after connecting whenever a too big avatar is set.

Note this bug could (and perhaps, should) be fixed in two ways - in terms of checking the input to the SetAvatar method to return a useful error there, but also in terms of checking we're not sending jumbo stanzas which are nearly guaranteed to get us a <stream:error> back from the server and kill our connection, instead throwing a locally generated network error we might be able to recover from a little more gracefully?
