The problem accure when a chart is opened that uses Autofilter. 

The problem is that when you use filtering with Autofilter the program want to save the result as a change to the chart (when you filtering you change the document). 

When a chart is finished you don´t want to change it. 
Some other method should be used to save status for documents.
