Create a subdir.

The attached patch tells orccodemem to put all temporary files into a subdirectory. This allows a better integration of orc with selinux.

Use subdir for tmp files

By using a subdir for tmp files much more efficient selinux rules can be written to label those files.

Patch to disable user specific tmpdir

This patch allows to disable the user specific tmpdir at build time.
This is also to allow saner SELinux rules.
