Ping? The instructions say that "if everything is in order, and all of the data is provided, then the account will be created, usually within a few days, with possible exceptions around holidays and major conferences. Don't freak out if it ends up taking longer than this: we're all humans, sometimes we're busy humans. Your request isn't being ignored or forgotten, it's just that no-one has the time to get to it right now."

I'm told not to freak out if there's a delay, but after two weeks of inactivity, I'm starting to have hard time not freaking out ;)
