Take a look at http://distributions.freedesktop.org/wiki/RecentChanges

We're just full of spam. And apparently, I can't delete pages nor use despam.

Is there anything we can do to improve the situation?

I've added you to the admin roles now, so you should be able to despam. Alternatively, you can move the pages the the main fdo wiki and we can kill off distributions.fdo.
