Description David Maurel 2011-10-25 06:51:22 UTC
When trying to execute a macro in LibreOffice 3.4.3 with VBA Support Option to 1 (and VBA options checked in LibreOffice preferences), the program stops at the first VBA specific line, with an "unknown method" error message.

Bug was never confirmed by an independent reviewer, therefore reset Status to
UNCONFIRMED.

(No offence -- this does not mean that I doubt the existence of this bug --
when status is UNCONFIRMED, the chance is even better that a bug wrangler will
try to reproduce this issue or search for duplicates, while with Status NEW the
bug will probably just be overlooked.)

@David

Seems to me that this bug, if at all reproducible, will depend greatly on the instruction that LO can not process, or is it applicable to any MS Office document containing a VBA macro and opened on Mac ?

We need more info from the original poster, with a sample document please.

Also, as 3.4.3 is rather old now, and the 3.4.x series particularly buggy on Mac, it would be good if you could try and reproduce on one of the latest stable production versions, or alternatively on a daily build.

Please report back with more information, or else we'll have to close this bug, sorry.

Dear bug reporter,

I am sorry, but we can not make any progress about this issue without further information from you. The important question in comment #2 has not been answered for a long time. Therefore we need to close this bug report for now.
Feel free to open it again, if you can reproduce this issue in a current version of LibreOffice (3.5.7, or better: 3.6.3 or newer).

Thank you very much!
