In gabble, you only advertise FT and tube caps if a client has been represented which has FT and tube RCCs.

This is not the case in Salut. These are the fixed caps:

  Feature: http://jabber.org/protocol/si
  Feature: http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/xmpp/tubes
  Feature: jabber:iq:oob
  Feature: jabber:x:oob

Salut should act more like Gabble in this respect, unless I'm missing something (probably to do with iChat compatibility)?
