misrendered tabs with SNA

The close-buttons of eclipse's Tabs are rendered somehow odd with SNA, also the round border (50px right of the close-cross) of the tab is somehow too bold - the fine line is 2xp instead of just one.

This was with eclipse-3.7.1 and gtk2 "Mist" theme - although as far as I know the tabs are rendered by eclipse and are LnF independent.

Capping still won't be quite right, but it does fix the placement of those thin line segments.
