Commit: 481baa5c74271cd7ce38bae3965d2bc4b8809058 (kms: enable ColorTiling by default on r6xx-cayman asics) causes horizontal stripes and screen flickering.

The problem occurred on external monitor when hi-res (1920x1080) is chosen. When resolution is smaller, problem does not occur.

Please attach your xorg log and dmesg output.  What versions of the X server, kernel, and mesa are you using?
