Description Bill Nottingham 2004-04-07 21:28:37 UTC
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Radeon R250 Lf [Radeon
Mobility 9000 M9] (rev 02) (prog-if 00 [VGA])
        Subsystem: IBM: Unknown device 054d

Was just web browsing, playing a song with rhythmbox, terminals, etc. X froze,
and then the blooming started.

Since X was frozen and ctrl-alt-f1 didn't work, I just powered off. No log
messages of interest. :/

I am not a native speaker and had to look up 'blooming' in a dictionary. There
it reads: "looks attractively healthy and full of energy". Indeed, that's what
Xorg looks like to me! I have a Radeon Mobility 9000 M9 too. ;)

Does this occur in Fedora Core 3 or later with all updates applied?
Many changes have occured since 6.7.0.

Haven't seen it in a while.
