Description Billy Biggs 2005-08-27 20:04:12 UTC
For some reason, all of the tests that draw text are now failing on my machine.
The text is visibly offset by a bit moving down and to the right. All tests
pass with 0.9.2.

These tests fail:

  clip-operator
  operator-clear
  operator-source
  show-text-current-point
  text-antialias-gray
  text-antialias-none
  text-antialias-subpixel
  text-pattern
  unbounded-operator

If you revert from cairo 1.0.0 back to 0.9.2 do the failures go away again?

I'd like to eliminate the possibility of some other change in the system causing
this.
Comment 3 Billy Biggs 2005-08-29 10:50:13 UTC
Yes, they go away. I tried both cairo-0.9.2 and cairo-1.0.0 and the failures
only occurred with 1.0.0.

Ok, long time since 1.0 days, and the test suite passes now with not many
failure reports...

(and /me notices fd.o bugzilla doesn't have an OBSOLETE resolution.)
