I think the Members are always either in the Group or Channel interfaces so you can get the info from there. And having to Implement MemberIdentifier in Call1 is just duplicating it.

Also, if the Members arent part of one of these, aren't they just anonymous members? I'm trying to figure out a case where this extra map would be useful. And I think these rules should be documented in the spec whatever we decide.

Seems like it was easier to implement than I expected, so lets make the clients life easier.
