Yeah, to obsolete even more of the current package release, it would be easy to
make some scripts to upload the packages to the current version number folder,
and create it if it doesn't exist.

Also, the basic text about those packages could be generated on that page...but
maybe that is too much work ;)

Mass reopen.  The "LATER" resolution is lame, I'm deleting it.  Consider LATER to have arrived.
