Bug detailed description:

when we boot with 3 monitors,they can display normal,then we start x,only the VGA monitor can display,the other two HDMI screens turn to be black.

    drm/i915: don't disable a PCH DPLL that's in use
    
    If a PCH pipe PLL is being used by transcoder C, don't disable it.

Are you sure this is the issue?  Do you have a patched X that will try to select the same timings for each HDMI head?
