Does it still happen with current Git? There have been some regression fixes since commit f1a677c. If yes, can you bisect, or at least get a backtrace for the crash? I am attaching the backtrace. For the same build, ut2004-demo runs fine for other Asics of NI family ie. NI Barts Pro and NI Seymour CSP but the issue occurs on NI Turks XT. Ideal would be if you could run ut2004-demo in gdb (or attach gdb to the running process) and get a backtrace that way. Alternatively, there might be a backtrace in the ut2004-demo log file. samit vats, Ubuntu 11.10 reached EOL on May 9, 2013. For more on this, please see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases .
