Sorry, I do not know to which module is a mistake.
Nature of the errors:
1. For the Russian windows as separator character decimal number is used, ",". I changed the character to ".". However, the program does not accept this change.
2. When you import "csv" file you have to manually replace the "." the symbol ",".
If you use for this command to "replace" some of the resulting numbers are seen as text. You have to manually set the cell format as the number and delete it appeared after this the symbol "'".
3. If you highlight the page and format it as a number, it came to nothing lead.
