VoIP providers such as voip.ms and callcentric.com provide caller name information for incoming calls. Currently, in Empathy I see "Incoming call from thephonenumber@serveripaddress" instead of "Incoming call from JOHN SMITH".

Ah and we should display CNAM in addition to the SIP address (because there are some useless caller names like "CELLPHONE PQ". Having both infos (name and phone number) would be nice.
