Quote from bug above:
"It's needed to make a list of offered keyboard layouts clearly marked - so that
is visible which is Cyrillic and which Latin.
Currently it is not so."

The attached patch changes the list from:

        Serbian (Z and ZHE swapped)
        Serbian (Latin)
        Serbian (Latin Unicode)
        Serbian (Latin qwerty)
        Serbian (Latin Unicode qwerty)
        Serbian (with guillemets)
        Serbian (Latin with guillemets)
to:
        Serbian (Cyrillic)
Serbian (Cyrillic, Z and ZHE swapped)
        Serbian (Latin)
        Serbian (Latin Unicode)
        Serbian (Latin qwerty)
        Serbian (Latin Unicode qwerty)
        Serbian (Cyrillic with guillemets)
        Serbian (Latin with guillemets)
