Okular and Evince can't render this PDF properly. Some text is missing, please download the file and try it.

Adobe Reader (Windows) and Thinkfree Office (Android) can render this file properly.

Google Chrome (Windows) can't print this file properly.

which poppler version?

Can you upload a screenshot showing the missing text?

In this screenshot, I've selected some text.

Text inside the table at the lower part of the page is missing (doesn't display and can't be selected).

I believe this is the version: libpoppler-qt4 0.16.7-2ubuntu
(got it from "dpkg-query -l libpoppler*")

do you have poppler data installed?

No, I didn't have poppler-data installed.

After installing poppler-data, the PDF file was displayed correctly.

So, what should I do next? Is this an OS installation bug?
