We'd like to split off a few UI tools from the systemd git tree into its own repo. Hence we'd like to ask for creation of a repo for that on fdo, next to the systemd one, with the same access rights.

When we first asked for a repo we unfortunately didn't ask for a systemd subdir of our own. (Sorry for that!) Given that we'll now have two repos at the same time it would probably make sense to create a new subdir for systemd and move both repos inside it. Of course that means the systemd git repo moves, but I think that's entirely OK.
