The actor for forwarded is defined as the person the call is forwarded to.. Not the person who forwarded the call.. This is real strange.. Imho, this bit should just be dropped.

Also makes the logger's life impossible says Nicolas.

The forwarded-to handle should probably go into the CallStateDetails map instead.
