Bug detailed description:
-------------------------
We connected the HSW eDP panel to an Haswell SDP. The eDP panel only works during the BIOS, after that, it turn to black screen. If we boot system with eDP and another monitor, the other monitor works well while the eDP is black.

"Haswell SDP" should be "Ivy Bridge SDP" (Chief River)

Seems to work in drm-intel-next, but only if DP isn't plugged in at boot as well...

The latest commit in drm-intel-next branch is Jesse's for 3-pipe issue. I didn't make it work well.
