NOT reproduced with LOdev 3.5.0rc1 e40af8c-10029e3-615e522-88673a2-727f724 Ubuntu 10.04.3 x86 Linux 2.6.32-37-generic Russian UI Probably problems with OpenSymbol font on your system. See Bug 32052 to know how I solved similar problem. Please report your result. not reproduced in 3.3.4 and 3.5.3 on Fedora 64 bit and Windows 7 32 bit Removing the system /usr/share/fonts/opensymbol/opens___.ttf didn't help. The symbols display fine initially, they just change when you edit them. I still see it with libreoffice-core-3.4.5.2-13.fc16.i686 and libreoffice-core-3.5.2.1-6.fc17.x86_64. Thanks tor additional information. Reproduced in 3.3.4 and 3.5.3 on Fedora 64 bit Steps to reproduce: 0. Open attachment in Writer 1. Double click formula Expected: all characters remains correct Actually: delta and omega transforms to D and w Changing version to 3.3.4 as most early reproducible On Windows not tested Version: 4.3.0.0.alpha1+ Build ID: f76026a43acc65465882924796d93e635c35fd90 TinderBox: MacOSX-x86@49-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2014-05-04_06:32:55 Confirmed with latest nightly. Opening test file shows very odd graphic. Double click that graphic, formula opens and as sasha described: D and w are replacing Delta and Omaga signs |
