It seems that the applications based on pango/cairo cannot benifit from 
FT_GlyphSlot_Oblique function. So, if the font itself does not have oblique/
italic style, we can only render the font under normal style.

We didn't need this patch for artificial oblique. It works fine with HEAD(bitmap
and scalable fonts are OK).
