xmodmap does not actually belong to xkeyboard-config area of responsibility. So far xkeyboard-config handles xkb only. yes, but unfortunatelly I kan not find where xmodmap (xbase-clients) i maintained , if you know please let me know xmodmap is maintained by Xorg, where the bug is currently assigned. so this bug belongs to Xorg, i close it here "Here" is Xorg. Sorry about the phenomenal bug spam, guys. Adding xorg-team@ to the QA contact so bugs don't get lost in future. Radek Wisniewski Do you still experience this issue with newer soft ?
