Describe the (unusual!) expected channel class for ContactSearch channels

ContactSearch has an odd RCC for historical reasons.

In 0.x we should document this oddity (patch attached).

In 1.0 we should fix it instead.

Patch applied in 0.22.1.

We still haven't actually fixed this for 1.0. The only affected CM is Gabble, as far as I know.
