In the test case of Xlib3/srvrvndr/Test and Xlib3/srvrvndr/MTest, it will
compare whether the XT_SERVER_VENDOR setting is equal to the string quried from
X server. But as described in the spec, it should be ok if XServerVendor returns
a string. So it should not report FAIL when the XT_SERVER_VENDOR is not set
correctly, FIP will be better.
