Gabble unit test test-debug.py fails when telepathy-glib is compiled with --disable-debug-cache:

The Gabble test suite does not know whether debug-cache is enabled or not in tp-glib.

I don't think --disable-debug-cache should be used unless you are going to run CMs on an embedded machine with hardly enough memory to support them, so this is not particularly high-priority.
