Attachments: Document with a footnote

Description Urmas 2012-02-21 16:25:11 UTC
Right now, footnotes disappear. The usual convention for representing footnotes in text documents is putting footnote text inline, without footnote markers, in [brackets].

Thanks for new idea
May be exist some extension that replaces foot/end notes by corresponding text inside of document. This may alleviate this problem.

Please provide a document displaying this behavior. Marking as NEEDINFO for the time being, once you add an attachment change back to UNCONFIRMED and we'll look into it. It's likely that we'll bump this to a bug not an enhancement.

Created attachment 63626 [details]
Document with a footnote

No any trace of a footnote text is unacceptable.

Thanks for attachment.
in 3.5.4 not implemented
in 3.6.beta1 also not implemented, but there is function File-Export with variant "Media Wiki", which exports footnotes inside of text. This may be used as workaround.
