As Farsight2 and Farstream are not installable together, it would be nice to have a version fo telepathy-farsight building with Farstream.
This would allow us to build empathy-call and empathy-av together for example.

I did that by backporting code from telepathy-farstream while taking care of not breaking the API.

Most of this changes are directly from telepathy-farstream. I made sure to not
break telepathy-farsight's API so this it's not a bare copy.
