When using EXA, the mouse cursor in tuxracer is invisible on a Radeon 9600 
Mobility M10 (RV350). Everything works as expected with XAA on the same 
machine. 
 
(Note that I don't have any other hardware to check this on - I'm guessing 
this is a driver problem but it might as well be a generic EXA problem).
