New command uim-sh is a uim interactive shell for debugging, batch processing
and serving as generic inferior process.

Patch [Anthy-dev 755] by YamaKen implements this, and patch [Anthy-dev 763] by
Kouhei Sutou-san fixed some problems.

Merged into svn repository and modified by r731. Now uim-sh is a official command.
