Description Hans de Goede 2012-04-05 06:14:11 UTC
Hi,

I noticed this when using current git-master of spice-gtk + remote-viewer. If I press alt+f, while I've firefox open inside the guest, then the firefox file menu does not open, Where as alt +e for the edit menu does work.

I believe that the alt+f gets intercepted by the remote-viewer menu, which then fails to open its file meny as it cannot grab the keyboard, since the SpiceDisplay widget already has ut grabbed.

Regards,

Hans

I can't reproduce that bug, are you sure you are running virt-viwer from git?

What you describe seems to be the Alt key behaviour that get intercepted by virt-viewer and show mnemonics hints on menu, that was fixed last week.

Oops, you're right my virt-viewer git repo was not fully up2date, closing...
