How to reproduce:

- Open LibreOffice Writer
- Press F11 (open Styles and Formatting)
- Go to list styles
- right click on a list style and select modify
- In the numbering style dialog go to the "Options" tab
- select any level except 10

Observed behavior:

- Preview box shows selected level (i) in black.
- Bullet of level i+1 vanishes

Expected behavior:

- Preview box shows selected level (i) in black.
- Bullet of level i+1 DOES NOT vanish
