I have had some issues previously with dependencies not being loaded, but it
looks like it made it past all that.  The screen was showing the usual
compile-time messages and then it stopped with this error:
Function x_modular_src_make, Line 121, Exitcode 2.
I hope that this is within your purview, as I have looked around and can't find a
reference to this for the life of me anywhere else.

Modular builds have been working for a while. Closing a 2 year old bug.
