commit 719909698c67c287a393d2380278e7b7495ae018
Author: Ian Romanick <ian.d.romanick@intel.com>
Subject: mesa: Rewrite the way uniforms are tracked and handled

breaks city / business / place label rendering in WebGL maps.google.com.

Tested with both r600 and llvmpipe.

This appears unrelated to street labels not rendering at all.

See the back buffer for call 285165 (the last call to glReadPixels) for the image.

The patch helps me, so I'm inclined to believe I filed a duplicate.
