org.mpris.MediaPlayer2 interface should get a HasPlaylist property, which is highly recommended to implement (clients should cope gracefully with its absence, but they may ignore an extant Playlists interface if this property is not provided).

This should probably be HasPlaylists, matching the name of the interface.  Could be slightly confusing name, as what is really being tested is HasPlaylistsInterface.
