Created attachment 60968 [details]
empathy log showing talking on a channel while quieted

When trying to talk on a channel where I am quieted (or banned) empathy does not show the server's 404/"Cannot send to channel", so it appears to the user as if the messages were sent to the channel while they were actually dropped. According to an empathy developer telepathy-idle "should pass an error delivery
report when it detects that the message wasn't send." Short log (from empathy, as I do not know how to debug telepathy-idle more directly) attached.

I'm using telepathy-idle-0.1.11.
