Update README to latest build instructions

The build instructions in wayland's README are very out of date. This could confuse a person.
Fix attached (done by lynx --dump http://wayland.freedesktop.org/building.html >> README and tidying up appropriatly)

The weston README is also out-of-date and looks rather incomplete.

I updated the READMEs in both projects, hopefully that'll minimize the confusion of persons.
