Mission Control does a lot of deprecated things. Here's a first round, including:

* TP_ERROR, not TP_ERRORS
* TpIntset, not TpIntSet
* remove signals marshallers, depend on GLib 2.30
* remove some unused internal functions
* remove support for Capabilities and ContactCapabilities.DRAFT1, leaving only
  ContactCapabilities (final)
