Bug detailed description:

Start weston, then run weston-terminal, execute snapshot using combination key "windows+s". weston-terminal captures the input key "s" and type "s" at the weston-terminal. This is abnormal, cause the original weston-terminal didn't type anything with "windows+s".
This issue can be reproduced with both drm and X mode.

Reproduce steps:

1. Start weston.
2. Run weston-terminal.
3. Snapshot with "windows+s".

This issue just follow "Bug 50261:[Regression] weston-terminal can't be inputted", so sorry for no providing first bad commit ID.
